The meeting was called to order by Deloris in absence of Jim. The minutes were read and a motion was made to accept and was seconded. Motion carried. The financial statement was read and a motion was made to accept and was seconded. Motion carried. It was also stated that no money has been used for postage, advertisement, etc. as the result of members that are unable to attend donate those cost.

The fish fund was donated from different individual property owners and has not ever been part of the financial report of the Citizen's Committee. Discussion of this fund was only held as the result of the trusteeship harassing an individual.

A report of attorneys was given. We are sending written request as to the status and recommendation of the first attorney and follow meetings will be held with the other two attorneys. We want an aggressive attorney that will take charge and complete the case against the individual trustees.

Any questions of the trustees should be in writing and request for a written answer which should be certified. These harassing tactics such as limited water usage should be confirmed in writing that the covenant gives the trusteeship the right to do this. According to the covenant Article 1, section 3 states: Any business relevant or pertinent to the affairs of the Hideaway Lakes property, or subdivision thereof,  may and shall be transacted at any annual or special meeting described above.

The assessment money any property owner pays entitles him or her to one vote per lot owned. If you decide to pay your assessments they should be paid to Hideaway Lakes Association in protest and certify them.

The pollution of the lake is being address by DNR. Each property owner that has filed a complaint and requested that he or she receive a written documentation of outcome should follow up with the office to check on the status. Some have had verbal conversations that DNR has been here and is sending a letter of findings.

There is no Article or Section in the covenant that states any property owner is required to give a copy of the deed to his or her property to the guard shack however the covenant does state in Article V Section 3: No person shall be considered as an owner entitled to vote for any purpose provided in this indenture unless and until he shall own title to a lot or lots by conveyance by Warranty Deed or Contract for Deed duly recorded nor shall any record lot owner be entitled to vote unless he shall have fully paid all assessment which may be lawfully made by the Trustee against his property. Assessment are paid for the right to vote on the management and upkeep of the park subdivision. No where is the covenant does it address Collector deeds. Is this another oversight of the trusteeship by not doing their duties to keep the covenant current?

If the trusteeship is asking for donation to pay the day to day bills where is the money coming from to purchase the road grader? Out of assessment money that they already had but not reported or assessment coming in that should be intended to operate the park subdivision next year? Where is the rocks for the roads coming from? Surely they won't grade and doing nothing else to maintain the roads.

We are going to start a media campaign to let as many property owners know of the constant concerns and invite them to the meetings or get their proxy. National Development does not own that many property here in the park subdivision so should not be a problem in the total voting outcome.

If you see anything going on take pictures and place dates and times on them for use in the case. If you report anything to any agency ask for a written reply of the outcome. This can be used in the court case.

A card was sent around for Mickey as the result of illness. We all wish her a speedy recovery.

A motion was made to adjourn and seconded. Meeting adjourned.
