Does did mean per minute, per day, per week, per month, per year?????? Does this mean if you come in for a 2 week vacation that you are allowed 50 gallons? What kind of a business decision was this???????

 

Where in the covenant does it state that water can be restricted? Is this a dictatorship?

 

Write your trusteeship and demand a written answer as to the specific section and article that gives them the authority to place any rule or restrictions without input and voting from the property owners. Most of you are campers and this is not right. This rule will effect you more than the full time residents as the majority of full time residents pay for their water, trash pickup, sewer, etc.. If this was directed at the full time residents then it should have been address in a business manner. What are the assessments for?
