Under my concerns are:
1. Current management is still getting compensation such as reduction or no cost to sewage removal.
2. Current management has had an opportunity to give property owners a accounting of all monies received and disbursed for at least two years, however only handed out estimated statements.
3. Covenants are still binding even though they have been broken such as the assessments are sent out in November of each year and due by December 31st of that year. Is that being done?
4. Junk is still here and being allowed to come in each and every day.
5. Was getting better security shown by management when the 911 system was misrepresented?
6. Until there are enforceable consequences nothing will change.
7. What is the problem when the management has closed 2 and not maintained the last one.
8. Not only did past management get rid of the old signs and post the current management is letting the 911 signs and post that were placed by the county be removed or damaged without replacement.
9. Gravel has been placed on the roads however no planning has gone into the right time, way and maintaining that gravel, so it is the same as not enough gravel.
