Once again no annual meeting was held. No financial statement given just a list of numbers that were incomplete and inaccurate. Why is there money spent to rent a place to have the meeting when no meeting is held and a police figure to be there unless this is for intimidation.
Why is it that the property owners do not have the right to have a meeting so that the acting management can be held accountable and the acting management can have a meeting when they want something for themselves.
How many times do the property owners have to endure the the rudeness, misrepresentation from the acting management without getting supporting documentation from the recorded copy of the covenants.
One of the acting management stated that he was an attorney and had read the covenant from front to back. Why are the assessment monies being wasted on prepaid legal and other attorneys?
Does anyone had a copy of the 1986 amendment that this stated attorney said changed the 51% AT the meeting to 51% of the total lot owners at the meeting to have an annual meeting. The county courthouse only has two amendments recorded and these were recorded in 1990 and 1995.
Why were minutes from the 2006 so called meeting read when there was not one. It was open and closed without any business being conducted. Even in the so called 2007 property owners were not allowed to vote on anything. Why do the property owners pay assessment when they do not get to vote on anything since the current recorded copy of the covenants stated that is what the assessment are for.
There were multiple questions asked however like always no answers were given that could be supported by written documentation only what those 5 individuals stated. For example: One member stated that the two bathhouses that the trustees are selling were condemned by the Department of Natural Resource however a letter was given to a member of the 5 that stated all three bathhouses should be repaired so as not the leak into the lake. It also gave information about burn piles, tires, pumping record etc. Wonder if the past or the current 5 have ever complied with this letter?
