Do you think there will truly be an annual meeting? Will the acting trustees be held accountable? Will the property owners get a detailed and accurate financial statement or will it be an other estimated statement?
Consider these questions?
Is there an article and section in the recorded copy of the covenant that states a property owner is required to record the deed to their property?
Are Collector's deeds assessable and if so when do they become assessable?
How many properties does National Development have a vested interest in?
How many properties are bought on the tax sale and not recorded?
Why is the SUV being used for personal use? Is that in the best interest of all property owners?
Why is most of the property owned by the Trust deeded in the Trustee's or Trusteeship name?
Why is the equipment and vehicles owned by the Trust titled in the Trustee's name?
There are more questions that should be asked and hopefully the acting trustees will answer them and not waste assessment money to have an attorney answer. Is the reason we are having invited guest at the meeting to use all the time up when these invited guest have no involvement in the enforcement of the recorded copy of the covenant?
