Does this sound like one of the current members of our lake management?
Hello
My name is . I would like to be a trustee at Hide Away Lakes.
In 1988 was elected and served three years. Things were different and better I think then. More people cared.
I'm retired now and live at lake, feel like I can spend more time doing and working with the people for good of park. I designed and helped build guard shack, number 2 & 3 shelter houses too.
My concerns are:
1. Trustees should not get compensation for doing work as a trustee. If you cannot afford the free time and work do not run.
2. For trustees to give a better account of our money.
3.Even though our covenants has been broken many, many times does not mean it is not still binding.
4. Why the trustees have not kept better control of the unsightly accumulation of materials like junked vehicles and run down property. Something should be done. Our park needs more concerned property owners.
5. Try to get better security inside of Hideaway Lakes.
6. Try to enforce the 15MPH speed limit with the help of all property owners.
7. Try to keep the bathhouses cleaner.
8 Why did other trustees remove our street signs, before having new material to replace all taken out.
9. To find out why our roads do not have enough gravel.
If elected I would work with other trustee and property owners to make Hide Away Lakes a better place for everyone.
Some questions to be considered by all property owners before the April 2007 meeting.
