I think that they should be removed due to their lack of cooperation with the owners. There should also be an audit immediately. 

Yes I agree with the recall cause they spend the assessment money on rock then grind it up. Won't give an accurate accounting of the money.

How long will it take?

I think it is a great idea since the management won't let the property owners know what is going on and does not give us an opportunity to ask them anything. They should be held accountable.
